If you’re a SuretyHR payroll client, you won’t be surprised with additional charges for W-2 processing at the beginning of next year. To make W-2 season even easier on yourself or your HR department, it’s also a great idea to send an email out to employees this month suggesting that they check their address in PrismHR. That’s where their W-2 will go, and this can help avoid requests for additional copies. W-2s will be mailed to all client employees under SuretyHR PEO and SuretyHR Payroll by January 31.
